Corey Poulin '03 recorded impressive scores on the links that lifted Husson University men's golf program to two consecutive New England Intercollegiate Golf Association Division III and State of Maine Intercollegiate titles in 2002-2003 and 2003-2004, a Sunrise Conference Championship, a National Association of Intercollegiate AthleticsRegion 10 Championship and a berth into the NAIA national championship in 2002-2003 in his two years playing golf for hall of fame member Bruce MacGregor from 2003-2004.

As one of Husson's top golfers, he averaged 75.58 and 71.79 - the top rank scoring average in the Northeast region and the second highest in the country - in his junior and senior years, respectively to finish with a career average of 73.94. He shot in the 60's three times, once in 2002 at the State of Maine Intercollegiate Championship with a 69 and twice in 2003 at the Husson Invitational (69) and at the University of Southern Maine's Fall Classic with a career-low 67.

The 2002-2003 Sunrise all-conference selection won ten events and finished in the top-10 in 21-of-23 career events he played in and 18 of those 21 events in the top-5 with a career win-loss record of  982-139 (.876).

As a senior captain, Poulin helped guide the Braves to a record of 103-1 - the best overall season mark in program history at the time of his induction - losing only to the University of Southern Maine in a rain-shorten John Queenan Memorial Tournament on September 23, 2003, which included a program record 11 tournament victories at the time of his induction and one tournament scoring record of 297 at the Western New England College Invitational.

Poulin complied an impressive overall win-loss record of 524-8 (.985) in his final collegiate season. He earned the program's sixth All-New England honor after finishing third overall and second among National Collegiate Athletics Association Division III competitors with a six-over par, 150 (75-75) at the 67th Annual NEIGA championship, which saw Husson finished in sixth overall among all teams, regardless of their NCAA division.

Off the course, Poulin was named a Sunrise scholar athlete in 2002.

Poulin earned a bachelor of science in business administration from Husson in 2004.

A native of Jackman, Maine, Poulin attended Forest Hills High School.
