One of the finest infielders to ever don the Husson University baseball uniform, Aaron Largay '00 played second base for hall of fame member John "JK" Kolasinski '85 from 1997-2000 earning three Maine Athletic Conference All-Conference Selections.
Largay hit .347 (186-536) with 107 runs, 36 doubles, one triple, eight home runs, 136 RBI and 31 stolen bases in 166 career games played. He also posted a .405 on-base percentage, a .463 slugging percentage and a .939 stolen base percentage.
At the time of his induction, Largay ranked among the program's top-10 career leaders in hits (sixth), games played (tied for fourth), at-bats (536, tenth), doubles (tied for fourth), RBI (third), sacrifice flies (15, first), total bases (247, eighth), and stolen base percentage (sixth).
As a senior, Largay posted his best season in a Husson uniform with a .427 batting average, 56 hits, 36 runs, nine doubles, two home runs, 41 RBI, seven stolen bases, a .542 slugging percentage and a .455 on-base percentage.
Following the season, Largay earned MAC player of the year and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics All-American Honorable Mention honors.
The 1998 NAIA all-district choice helped the Braves to an 87-79 overall record and two MAC championships in 1997 and 1998.
Largay earned a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis in management from Husson in 2000.
A native of Brewer, Maine, Largay attended Brewer High School.
