WATERVILLE, Maine – The North Atlantic Conference announced its preseason poll results for women's volleyball on Thursday and the Husson University women's volleyball team was chosen second.
The Eagles tallied 41 points on the vote, trailing only the defending conference champions, Maine Maritime Academy, who posted 49 points and all seven first-place votes.
Thomas College (35), the University of Maine-Presque Isle (25) and Vermont State University Johnson (23) rounded out the top five.
Vermont State University Lyndon and Lesley University rounded out the rankings with 15 and eight points respectively.
The Eagles open the 2026 season on Tuesday when they host the University of Maine at Fort Kent at 5 p.m.
