WATERVILLE, Maine – The Central Maine Collegiate Field Hockey Conference has unveiled its seedings for the upcoming conference tournament and the Husson University field hockey team has earned the top seed.
The defending CMCFHC champions, Husson earned the top spot as the regular season came to a close on Saturday.
The Eagles concluded the regular season with a 3-1 conference record (7-7 overall). Joining Husson in the three-team tournament are No. 2 Thomas College, who finished an identical 3-1 in conference play (13-5 overall) and the University of Maine at Farmington, who will enter at No. 3 after going 0-4 in conference play and 3-13 overall.
The 2025 CMCFHC Tournament kicks off with a semifinal matchup between Thomas and Farmington on Friday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. in Waterville with the winner set to head to Husson on Nov. 9 for the championship game.
