Arik Weinstein was named Rookie of the Week while sophomore
Alex Rechsteiner earned his second defensive player of the week honor.
Weinstein finished the week with his first collegiate goal, scoring the game-winning goal in his teams 2-1 victory over Northern Vermont University – Johnson.
Rechsteiner posted an impressive week in net for the Eagles going 2-1 with two conference victories. The sophomore finished with 17 saves including a 10-save effort against No. 22 Bowdoin College. Additionally, Rechsteiner allowed just three goals on the week and improved his season record to 7-1-1.
