Husson would take over an hour of gameplay before finding their second goal which was created by Emeigh, who crossed it from right to left and found Tyler Metevier (Kittery, ME) for the score with 14:05 left to play in the game. Nearly 4 minutes later, Dawson scored from Potter to make it 3-0.

Head coach Jeff Gettler was delighted with his team's performance, "It was a great finnish to a great weekend for the guys. We had great chances to score which led to some beautiful goals, and we limited theirs, so it was a good game in that respect. Alex Martin (Van Buren, ME) had a great match, he pulled all the strings in the midfield, both ways, and put together just fabulous in the game, definitely the man of the match in my opinion. All and all it was a very good weekend for Husson Men's soccer."
