Waterville, Maine - The Husson University Eagles lifted an 8-5 win from Thomas College in today's rescheduled game.  With the win, the Eagles improve to 14-0 in the North Atlantic Conference and have earned the right to host the North Atlantic Conference Championship.

Lona Sargent led the Eagles with 3 hits followed by Bri Webster who recorded two hits.  Diane Ramsey and Webster recorded  two RBI's each.  For Thomas, Mallorie Blakney and Samantha Moore collected three hits apiece.

Husson's Megan Richard earned the win, pitching 4.2 innings, giving up 5 hits.  For Thomas, Sara Pavento (Glenburn, ME) got the loss pitching 7 innings and giving up 11 hits.
