Lang, King selected to All-ECAC team

DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its 2026 Division III Softball All-ECAC Team and major award winners and the Husson University softball team had two All-ECAC recipients.

Juniors Ana Lang and Camryn King each earned a spot on the 13-person, All-ECAC team.

Lang was tabbed a National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American Second Team member, while also winning North Atlantic Conference Pitcher of the Year, in addition to earning spots on the NAC All-Conference First Team, NAC All-Tournament Team, NFCA All-Region 1 First Team and being named NAC Tournament MVP.

King was selected as NAC Player of the Year, a NFCA All-Region 1 Second Team member, a NAC All-Conference First Team member and a NAC All-Tournament team honoree.

Virginia Wesleyan University took home two awards after a power-house season, with Brandon Elliott winning Coach of the Year and Hannah Hearl of Virginia Wesleyan University winning Pitcher of the Year. Salisbury University's Karlie Wolfe won Player of the Year and Westminster College freshman Kylie Anthony won Rookie of the Year.

ABOUT THE ECAC
The ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference) is an eighty-five-year-old organization with well over 200 member schools across all three NCAA Divisions - I, II and III. The ECAC exists to enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletics and provides great value for universities and colleges by sponsoring championships, leagues, bowl games, tournaments and other competitions throughout the Northeast. The ECAC also hosts a comprehensive esports program that presently involves 160 schools fielding 1100 teams across 14 different esports games, streamed live four nights a week. The ECAC's esports platform has and continues to expand the geographic footprint of the Conference nationally.
