Perkins earns CMCFHC player of the week

WATERVILLE, Maine – The Central Maine Collegiate Field Hockey Conference has unveiled its weekly awards for games played this past week and Husson University senior Maddie Perkins was named player of the week.

Perkins opened the season with a two-goal performance against Skidmore College this past Saturday. Perkins and the Eagles ultimately fell to Skidmore 7-2 with Perkins accounting for both Husson tallies.

The Eagles will be back in action on Sept. 13 when they travel to No. 8 Bates College for a non-conference contest.
