CAPE ELIZABETH, Maine – The Husson University men's golf team and junior Ty Dickson both picked up wins on Tuesday at the Seawolf Shootout, as the Eagles captured the team title and Dickson won medalist honors.

Husson posted a 303 as a unit, which bested the hosts of Southern Maine Community by four strokes to take home the team win at the Val Halla Golf Club.

Dickson topped the individual field with a one-over par, 72, which beat out Will Farschon of SMCC by one stroke.

Junior Juan Carlos Hernandez finished solo in third-place with a three-over par, 74, while fellow third-year Jace Cook tied for fourth-place with a six-over par 77.

Junior Bradley Chisholm rounded-out Husson's scoring players with a nine-over par, 80, to come in a tie for 13th, in addition to freshman Michael Bruce, who totaled a 10-over par, 81, to finish in a tie for 16th.

Husson returns to the links on Sunday when it heads to Riverside Golf Course for the USM Husky Classic, hosted by the University of Southern Maine.
