WATERVILLE, Maine – The North Atlantic Conference unveiled its final weekly awards of the season for men's soccer on Monday and Husson University men's soccer freshman Miguel Diaz Alvarez was named co-player of the week.
Diaz Alvarez recorded three goals for the Eagles in the final week of the regular season, posting one goal for Husson in a 3-3 tie against Thomas College on Wednesday, in addition to two goals on Saturday in a 4-2 victory over Maine Maritime Academy.
The Eagles return to action on Saturday in the NAC semifinals, where they will face the winner of #3 SUNY Delhi and #6 Lesley University at 4 p.m. on Bocher Field.
