SUPER SMASH BROS
VARSITY GREEN
Smash Green takes a 2-0 victory for week 2. They all put in their absolute strongest gameplay today against some of the toughest opponents they have faced in a while. Shout outs to Rin Gatley for defeating a crazy strong Kazuya player in game 2, and
Liz Hoffman for closing out both of the games with some wild Zelda reads.
For week 3, Smash Green took a 0-2 loss against one of the best teams in the league, UAlbany, but they did not go down without a fight. Shout outs to
Cameron Easler and Rin Gatley for some wild stock finishes nonetheless.
JV GOLD
Smash Gold takes a win for week 2 as the opposing team forfeited the match.
For week 3, Smash Gold takes a victory against Columbia College! The final score was Husson 2-0. Shout outs to
Anthony Thy and
Charlotte Thaxter for completely sweeping the opponents in game 1!
CLUB WHITE
For week 2 Smash White had a BYE match and took the week off.
Smash White did not compete in week 3 due to scheduling issues.
VALORANT
VARSITY GREEN
Map 1 was off to an odd start when they suddenly switched agent picks between
John Gaudet and Kris Hurst. This caused their previous team coordination to essentially break, losing Map 1 on Bind 9-13. Going into Map 2, they made sure to drive a different mindset into everyone, making sure we're all just playing to have fun and get kills. Despite being down 6-9 in the first half, they still had good mentals going into the next half of the map. Grey Soule and Kris Hurst took charge and pushed ahead to finish the map 15-13. Map 3 was a breeze after Map 2 and the energy was at an all-time high. Kris Hurst once again showed dominance on Haven, finishing the map off with an operator 4k at and closing the map out 13-7. Securing a week 2 win for Val Green.
For week 3, Val Green kicked off the Husson Esports Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Stream with their match against University of Akron. Team morale was already high, with both games not even being close. They ended the first half on Haven 7-5 then proceeded to not lose a single round ending the map at 13-5. The same thing happened on map 2, Bind. They ended the first half 9-3 and didn't lose a single round in the second half ending the map at 13-3. Bringing Val Green to another 2-0 win for this week.
JV GOLD
Val Gold took a hard fought 1-2 loss in week 2, there's been some serious improvements this week compared to the last. They took their first map win of the season on Bind with a 13-10 victory. It showed they had a lot more confidence and cohesion in pushes and overall teamwork. In the end the match ended in a 1 - 2 loss.
For week 3 they lost a very close knit game 0-2 against Saint Joseph's University. The first map was extremely close with the final score being 15-17 in overtime. They started playing more together as a team but ultimately got a little frustrated and started giving ones to the enemy team, which did cost them the win. Our second game was a little rough, especially since it wasn't our map pick and we subbed in
Shane Conti for the first time this season. It was something new and they were not used to it. Ultimately the team learned a lot out of this game and will apply it in the upcoming matches!
RAINBOW SIX SIEGE
VARSITY GREEN
For week 2, R6 Green received a forfeit win against UMA R6.
R6 Green ended up losing the match with a score of 0-2 for week 3. Aidan Kusmierczak dropped 31-16 in two maps but wasn't able to get it done in the end. The team's strong points were on attacks, but their defenses are where they crumbled unfortunately as they lost 7-5. Big shout out to
Shane Conti for emergency subbing at last minute notice. He was our second best player while coming back to Rainbow 6 Siege with 24 hours of preparation and doing what he did!
OVERWATCH 2
VARSITY GREEN
OW2 Green took a massive 3-0 win against Catawba. Green dominated this team and the game was completed within 40 minutes. Ricky Orgill, James Friend, and Evan Tiemann all got plays of the game. Overall, it was an extremely fun game and they got to play heroes they don't get to play often.
For week 3, OW2 Green got a nice forfeit win. Unfortunately for IUI their players couldn't make it to the match time and a reschedule was not possible due to both teams availability. Autumn came in clutch and scheduled a scrim for the team. The scrim went great, they played 5 games in total and won the scrim match 3-2. Overall great match day today.
MARVEL RIVALS
VARSITY GREEN
Rivals Green took a 0-3 Loss against Trine University however the morales stayed high. The match could have gone either way as they faced one of the most seasoned teams in the division and brought them to a standstill multiple times. Rivals Green is quite a new team and just happened to have less experience under their belts. The team kept spirits up the whole time singing sea shanties and reciting the speech from "Braveheart".
Rivals Green took a hard fought loss 2-3 for week 3. Morales were a little low due to us not being as prepared due to rule complications but that quickly changed as they got deeper into the matches - onward and upward!
FORTNITE
VARSITY JADE GREEN
Fortnite Jade Green faced three hard fought matches and made it the farthest they ever have. The trio placed 18th, 17th, and 9th in the three matches.
Fortnite Jade Green played two matches for week 3 as the first match was missed due to tech issues. The trio placed 22nd, and 23rdth in the two matches.
EA FC
VARSITY GREEN

For week 3, FC Green faced a forfeit loss due to scheduling complications with fall break.

VARSITY GREEN
Madden Green received a forfeit win against Morris Brown College for week 2.
For week 3, Madden Green faced two hard fought matches but ultimately lost 0-2 in the end.
