Box Score

Bangor, ME - The Husson women's soccer team beat Thomas College 2-0 in their first North Atlantic Conference game at Boucher Field Saturday afternoon. Of her Husson team's first victory, and the first of her career, head coach Carly Gettler said, "This was a great win for us. We finally got a chance to really play our game against Thomas today and our team had a lot of fun and success on the field. Desir'ee and Hannah did well to finish their chances, and they definitely deserved goals for all the hard work they've been putting in. We rallied everywhere across the field for a great team victory today."

Husson improves to 1-0 in the NAC and 1-6 on the season, while Thomas falls to 0-1 in the NAC and 2-4 on the season. Thomas will take on conference opponent Johnson State next Friday.
