Norton, MA - Sophomore Kristina Braga (Lowell, MA)scored a pair of second-half goals to propel the Wheaton College women's soccer team to a 3-0 win over Husson University in non-conference action Sunday afternoon at Mirrione Stadium.

Junior Cassey Muse (Candia, NH) added a goal and an assist for the Lyons (5-1-1), who have won three-straight matches and four of their last five. The loss was the sixth-straight for the Eagles, who fell to 1-6-0.

Following a scoreless first half in which the Lyons outshot the Eagles 13-0, Muse potted her fourth of the season early in the second half to break the tie. Braga lofted a pass into the box and in the direction of a cutting Muse, who buried the shot at the right post at 51:23.

Exactly four minutes later, Muse played the ball from the right side of the field into the box for Braga, who collected her third goal of 2011 at 55:23. Braga's second goal of the afternoon at 68:53 came on a shot from 20 yards out that went over the goalkeeper's head and under the bar.

The Eagles travel to Colby for a 4:00 pm match on Wednesday, while the Lyons return to action on Wednesday as well, they play at Tufts at 4:30 pm.
