Box Score Bangor, ME - The Thomas College Terriers started off strong, scoring four of the first five goals. However, the Husson University Eagles who have a strong second half and held Thomas scoreless in the fourth quarter, led by goalie Matt Linnell who made three saves. With 6:04 left in the fourth quarter and the Eagles down by one, attack Ben Landry scored an unassisted goal, forcing overtime. With 2:19 left in the first overtime, Thomas College's Jeremy Parmley scored his own unassisted goal to defeat the Husson Eagles.
The Terriers were led by Kolby Peckham's two goals and two assists. Five other Terriers would score a goal apiece to round out Thomas' scoring. Goalie Josh Colello recorded 12 saves on 47 shots.
The Eagles were led by Ben Landry's hat trick and two assists. Nick Brown scored two goals for the Eagles and Anthony Diaz added a goal. Goalie Matt Linnell recorded nine saves on 44 shots.
The Husson University Eagles' next game is Saturday, March 28th, as they host Johnson State at 1:00 pm.
