BANGOR, Maine – The Husson University men's lacrosse team has announced the addition of Alex Morgan to its 2026 recruiting class.

Morgan comes to Husson from Dublin, California, where he attended Foothill High School in Pleasanton, California.

Morgan played four years of varsity lacrosse for Foothill, while also playing club lacrosse for Cali-Gold, Advnc East Bay and Alcatraz Outlaws of the East Bay Athletic League.

"I chose Husson because of the ability to chase my dreams on and off the field," said Morgan. "I felt like I could thrive not only as an athlete but as a student as well. I felt like the culture of the team was one that I could really see myself in and I'm really excited for my next chapter."

As a goalie, Morgan has been named an All-League First Team selection, the EBAL Defensive Player of the Year and has received the coaches award, while also being named a scholar athlete off the field.

"I would like to thank all of the coaches at Foothill and coach Mike Lambrecht," said Morgan. "They are the reason I am at the level I am. To Coach Andrew and Coach Mike at Goaliesmith; thank you for all of the knowledge you've provided to me. To all of my club coaches at Cali-Gold thank you for giving me a shot and teaching me so much. I also want to thank Coach Aleks Bialek at Advnc and Coach Ertz & Coach Austin. To everyone who I couldn't name, your impact was immeasurable. Lastly, but most importantly my family, I love you all and thank you for all the sacrifices you've made for me to be able to chase this dream and thank you for supporting me moving across the country."

While at Husson, Morgan plans to study pre-law.
