BANGOR, Maine – The Husson University men's lacrosse team has announced Michael Richardson as its first member of its 2026 recruiting class.
Richardson comes to Husson from Lebanon, Maine, where he attended Noble High School.
"I decided on Husson University because Husson is a very welcoming college and has a great culture," said Richardson. "Husson offers a strong psychology program that will help me achieve my goals for after college. As a lacrosse player I was drawn to the opportunity to play at the collegiate level at Husson."
Richardson is a defenseman for the Knights and has played on the varsity team for the past two seasons, while also playing club lacrosse for the Maine Mussels.
"Thank you to my grandparents for always supporting me and making this possible, thank you to my coaches as well for always pushing me to be my best," said Richardson.
While at Husson, Richardson plans to study psychology.
