WATERVILLE, Maine – The North Atlantic Conference unveiled its weekly awards for men's golf on Monday and Husson University men's golf freshman Chase Farnsworth was named rookie of the week.
Farnsworth posted a six-over par, 77, for Husson at the Husson Invitational, placing him in a tie for 16th, while the Eagles took home second-place as a team.
Additionally for the Eagles, junior Juan Carlos Hernandez was named to the honor roll after shooting a two-over par, 73, to place tied for sixth in the event.
Husson returns to action on Saturday when it competes at the Colby Classic at the Waterville Country Club.
