REVERE, Mass. — The Husson University softball team picked up a pair of North Atantic Conference wins over Lesley University on Friday winning 12-0 in game one and 13-0 in game two on the road.
Husson (20-10, 4-0 NAC) wasted little time getting on the board against Lesley (6-20, 1-3) scoring four runs in the top of the first inning, senior

Julia Gregoire plated McCabe on an infield single and junior
Morgan Curtis singled in Gregoire for an early 4-0 edge.
Gregoire added her second RBI in the second inning, later coming around to score to make the deficit 6-0 before adding a late another run to go up 7-0 after two innings.
In the third inning, freshman
Allie Casavant drove in Curtis on a sacrifice flyout to run the lead to 8-0 before the Eagles scored four more runs in the top of the fifth to seal the 12-0 game-one decision.
Junior
Lydia Rice connected on a two-RBI single, followed by McCabe doubling in two runs to give the senior three on the day.
Biamby and Gregoire each finished with two hits, while McCabe finished 3-4 at the plate followed by Exel, senior

Jazmin Johnson got the start in the circle, pitching five complete innings, allowing only two hits and striking out six batters.
In the second game of Friday's doubleheader, Husson McCabe stayed red hot at the plate, doubling in another run in the top of the first, followed by an RBI single from Gregoire for another early lead.
Lesley would hold the Eagles in check, allowing only one run in the fourth inning before Husson's bats came alive in the fifth and seventh innings.
McLeod score Gregoire on an RBI single in the fourth to push the game to 3-0, but the Eagles plated four more runs in the fifth to run the deficit to 7-0. McCabe connected on her fourth homerun of the season, a two-run shot to right center, followed by a solo homerun from Gregoire and another RBI from McLeod on a triple.
In the seventh, Husson plated six runs to push the game out of reach at 13-0. Gregoire doubled in Yates for the first run, followed by an RBI double from Exel, based loaded walk for sophomore

Ella Hosford, RBI single for King and an RBI single by Biamby accounted for the six Husson runs.
King finished 3-5 at the plate with two runs, while McCabe recorded her second-straight three-hit effort, going 3-5 with three RBIs, followed by Gregoire who went a perfect 4-4 with three RBIs.
McLeod also finished with three hits, while Exel added two and Biamby finished with the Eagles 16th hit.
Yates got the start for the Eagles in game two, tossing seven shutout innings, allowing just three hits and recording five strikeouts.
The Eagles will now host the University of Maine at Presque Isle on Sunday for Senior Day with first pitch scheduled for 1 and 3 p.m.
