PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Little East Conference announced its weekly awards for women's swimming & diving on Monday and Husson University senior Riley Mahoney was selected as diver of the week.
Mahoney continued her standout season with back-to-back first-place finishes in both 1-meter events in a double dual meet against Keene State College and Maine Maritime Academy, scoring 225.05 and 130.00 to sweep the discipline and add valuable points for the Eagles. Mahoney shattered her previous program record in the 1-meter, 6-dives, which was previously 219.30.
The Eagles return to the pool on Saturday at Clark University, where they will compete against Clark, Rhode Island College and Western New England University.
