FARMINGTON, Maine — The Husson University field hockey team tallied seven goals from seven different players in its 7-0 road win over the University of Maine at Farmington on Saturday.
Husson (5-4) struck for the eventual game-winning goal over UMF (0-8) in the opening minutes of the second quarter following a scoreless opening frame.
Sophomore
Faith Tillotson found the back of the cage for her seventh goal on the year and a 1-0 Eagles lead.
Husson added two more goals before halftime, junior
Kyla Havey scored at the 21:28 mark from sophomore

Ella Louder recorded her first goal of the year from Tillotson.

Maddie Arsenault powered in her team-leading ninth goal of the season midway through the third quarter, while sophomore
Elisa Picariello recorded her first score of the season on Bouchard's second assist.

Maddie Perkins and sophomore
Tessa Capozzoli posted their seventh goals each, with Perkins assisting on Capozzoli's goal to give Husson the 7-0 decision.
The Eagles finished the game with a 30-1 shot advantage and a 19-1 shot on goal discrepancy. Additionally, Husson finished with 23 penalty corners sophomore
Maria Levesque tallied the shutout in goal recording one save.
Husson will now travel to Springfield, Massachusetts on Saturday for a 1 p.m. battle with Western New England University.
