BANGOR, Maine – The Husson University women's basketball team coasted to a 110-40 Senior Day win over Lesley University, that saw senior Bailey Donovan breaking the program's career record for blocks.
From the opening tip-off it was all Husson (15-9, 10-3 NAC), as the Eagles grabbed the lead from Lesley (1-22, 0-13 NAC) early and never looked back. Husson won the turnover battle 10-1 in the first-half, scoring 16 points off those turnovers, while also managing to outscore the Lynx 32-8 inside the paint and 14-2 on second chance points.
