CASTINE, Maine – The Husson University men's lacrosse team made the journey to Ritchie Field on Wednesday night as they fell to the Mariners of Maine Maritime Academy by the final score of 31-12 in North Atlantic Conference action.
The Mariners (9-3, 6-0 NAC) tallied eight goals in each the first and second quarter as they held a 16-4 lead over the Eagles (7-7, 3-4 NAC) at halftime.
The lead continued to grow in the second half as the Martiners took the victory.

Gunner McAllister led the Eagles attack with five goals while sophomore
Sean Lyne and senior
Matt Boynton each had three goals. Junior
Danny Carter also found himself on the scoreboard. Senior
Jacob Larochelle won 20 face-offs leading to 14 ground balls recovered while freshman
Odin Burk made 19 saves.
NAC action continutes for the men's lacrosse team on Saturday when they travel to take on MCLA for a 10:00 a.m. contest.
