Kayla Payson's three Bok Pool records help women's swimming & diving cruise to their seventh straight win over Maine Maritime Academy on Saturday afternoon. The Eagles won the dual meet 152-129.
Payson's first pool record on the day helped the Eagles picked up their first swimming victory of the meet when she touched the wall first in the 1000 free with a time of 11:46.94. She continued her Bok Pool record smashing performances with wins in the 200 fly (2:28.37) and the 100 fly (1:03.66).
Sophomore
Erin Madden picked up first place finishes in the 100 breast and the 200 breast, while senior
Abbie Howe out touched Maine Maritime Academy's sophomore Liza Zhukov by .31 hundredths of a second to win the 200 back.
Senior
Ava Emery earned the Eagles final individual swimming victory of the meet as she clock in with a 2:31.97 in the 200 individual medley. Freshman
Riley Mahoney won the five-dive one-meter optionals with 131.40 points and the six-dive round with a total of 187.95 points.

The Eagle women return to the pool next Saturday when they host the Eastern Connecticut State University women's swimming & diving team for the first time inside Webber Pool. The dual meet is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
