Box Score BANGOR, Maine- Husson University Men's Lacrosse (1-3) defeated Lyndon (1-5) 9-6 in a NAC Conference Game at Boucher Field on Saturday afternoon.
1st Quarter: The Eagles shutout the Hornets 4-0 in the quarter including two goals in a span of 27 seconds midway through the period thanks to Gunner McAllister (Albion, Maine) and Zach Glazier (Winthrop, Maine).
2nd Quarter: The Hornets outscored the Eagles 3-1 in the quarter as Lyndon scored three goals in a span of 1:01 to cut the Eagles lead to 4-3. The Eagles responded as Glazier scored his second of the game to make it 5-3.
3rd Quarter: The Eagles outscored the Hornets 3-1 in the quarter as Matt Verrill (Auburn, Maine) and Brooks Gay (Underhill, Vt.) each had a goal and an assist for Husson.
4th Quarter: The Hornets outscored the Eagles 2-1 in the quarter including Shea Jones' (Hull, Mass.) second goal of the game.
