"We played a solid game tonight and continue to improve every time we take the field, which speaks volumes about this team," said Husson head coach Carly Gettler."We are very focused on this weekend and looking forward to closing out NAC play at home."

Senior captain Michaela Bicknell (West Addison, VT) started the contest and played the whole 90 minutes in just her second game this season since returning from an injury. Gettler said "It was amazing to see our senior captain Michaela Bicknell get the start and put together a 90-minute performance for us for the first time all year since her injury."

The Eagles return to the field on Saturday when they host Green Mountain at 1 p.m.
