Bangor, ME – The Husson University Eagles defeated the Thomas College Terriers for the second time in four days. With the score tied 1-1 the Eagles erupted and took control of the game scoring seven straight goals en route to a 8-2 victory. With the win Husson improves to 3-7 while Thomas falls to 3-9. The Eagles were led by Erica Dorso (Sr. Farmingdale, ME) who scored three goals and had three assist.

Erin Nason (Sr. Unity, ME) helped the Eagles soar past the Terriers by scoring two goals. Jillian Morin (So. Manchester, ME), Courtney Allen (So. Gardiner, ME) and Elisha Dorso (Jr. Farmingdale, ME) had one goal apiece for Husson. Michelle Barden (Sr. Saint Albans, ME) and Krystal Doughty (Sr. Lisbon Falls, ME) chipped in with an assist. Caroline Bochtler (So. Turner, ME) made seven saves on 12 shots. Thomas College was led by Ali Kriegel and Brittany Moore who each scored an unassisted goal. Megan Denby made 13 saves on 31 shots.

The Eagles next game is Saturday vs. the University of Maine-Farmington at 6:00.
