WATERVILLE, Maine – The Central Maine Collegiate Field Hockey Conference named its weekly award winners for field hockey on Tuesday and Husson University field hockey sophomore Ella Duchette and senior Jazmin Johnson were honored.

Duchette garnered her fourth-consecutive goalie of the week award following 19 saves over two games last week for the Eagles. Duchette recorded 10 saves in a loss at Bowdoin College on Wednesday, before recording her third shutout of the season against Thomas College on Saturday in a 2-0 win in which she posted nine saves.

Johnson picked up her first defensive player of the week award of the year following a crucial defensive save on Saturday to keep Thomas off the scoreboard.

The Eagles are back in action today when they take on Worcester Polytechnic Institute at 4 p.m. at the Winkin Complex.
