Coach Bosley joined the Husson Athletic Staff for the 1998 season. Since that time, he has amassed a record of 129-72-10, eleven straight league tournament appearances, three North Atlantic Conference Championships and four NCAA Division III National Tournament appearances. Since joining the North Atlantic Conference, Husson has an amazing 53-4-6 regular season record with 2004 and 2008 undefeated. In 2008, Bosley’s Team advanced to the round of thirty-two of the NCAA Tournament where they lost to the nation’s top team Williams.
Born in Schenectady, New York, Coach Bosley grew-up outside of Philadelphia where he learned his love for the game of soccer. He came to Maine in 1973 to attend the University of Maine and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. He will graduate in May of 2009 with a Masters degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University. Following college, he spent years working for General Electric and Textron, eventually returning to Maine in 1988 to operate a private business and pursue soccer coaching and education.
Keith Bosley has an NSCAA National and Advanced National Coaching Certification and a USSF National Youth License. He has served on the NSCAA New England ranking committee for NCAA Division III and the ECAC New England selection committee for post season play.
Coach Bosley has coached at the middle school, high school and collegiate levels. Concentrating on the development of female athletes, he started the girls program for the Hampden Soccer Club and was the founder of the Rising Sun Premier Soccer Club for Women. He coached for twelve years (1990-2002) in The Maine Olympic Development Program. He is very close with his family, particularly his two daughters. His elder daughter, Bethany, is married to Amon Purinton and resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and his younger daughter, Elissa, is a social work masters student in Boston
