Kaitlin Dolloff joined the Husson University women's lacrosse program as an assistant coach in 2023.

In addition to her women's lacrosse duties, Dolloff also serves as the head coach for the Husson field hockey program.

CAREER AT A GLANCE:
  • Since joining coach Deshaies's staff in 2023, Dolloff has helped the Eagles to a 24-21 (.533) overall record, including a 15-4 (.789) mark in North Atlantic Conference games.
  • Dolloff help guide the Eagles to a North Atlantic Conference Championship in 2025, an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2025 and North Atlantic Conference Championship Runner-Up appearance in 2023.
  • Dolloff has helped develop three North Atlantic Conference Defensive Players of the Year - Devyn Veits (2023, 2024) and Jordyn Lengle (2025)
  • Has worked with numerous North Atlantic Conference All-Conference Selections - Abigail Booth (2023, 2024), Devyn Veits (2023, 2024), Sophia Gomez (2023), Laela Martinez (2023, 2024), Natalie Whitten (2023, 2025), Averi Baker (2023, 2024, 2025), Kate Boehmcke (2025), Riley Maynard (2025) and Jordyn Lengle (2025). 
  • Has guided two North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Year honorees - Averi Baker (2023) and Kate Boehmcke (2025).


COACHING TIMELINE:

  • 2018-2022: Bangor High School (Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach)
  • 2023-Present: Husson University (Assistant Coach)

ATHLETIC CAREER:
  • As a player, Dolloff was a four-year letter winner as a goalie for the Eagles' field hockey and women's lacrosse programs from 2014-17.
  • During her time with the Husson women's lacrosse program, Dolloff helped lead the Eagles to four-straight postseason appearances, reaching the conference semifinals in 2014, 2015 and 2016. 
  • Dolloff is the program's all-time career leader in saves (426), goalie games played (45), shutouts (2) and wins (19). 
  • Holds the single-season shutout record with two during the 2017 season.
  • Served as team captain in 2016 and 2017.
  • Earned the Husson Athletics Women's Lacrosse Eagle Award in 2016.

PERSONAL:
  • A native of Richmond, R.I. (Chariho High School).
  • A 2017 graduate of Husson, Dolloff earned a bachelor of science in health science and a master of business administration from Husson in 2019.
  • Dolloff earned her master of arts in secondary education and teaching with a concentration in life sciences from the University of Maine in 2021.
  • Currently teaches biology at Bangor High School.
  • Holds an USA Lacrosse Level I certification.
