Alex Brown joined the Husson University football program as an assistant coach in August of 2024 and currently serves as the cornerbacks coach.

CAREER AT A GLANCE:

Since joining the Eagles in 2024, Brown has helped lead the team to a 6-5 (.545) overall record, including a 3-2 (.600) mark in Conference of New England games.
Brown helped guide the Eagles to a Fusion Bowl appearance in 2024 after finishing as the CNE runner-up.
Brown has coached one Conference of New England Rookie of the Year winner - Brayden Trombly (2024).
Brown has led one Conference of New England All-Conference selection - Brayden Trombly (2024).

ATHLETIC CAREER:

Brown was a player at Husson from 2019-2023, where he appeared in 30 games and tallied 98 solo tackles, 50 assisted tackles, three tackles for loss, three interceptions, 29 pass breakups, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.
Brown finished top-five or better on the team in total tackles during his junior and senior seasons, while finishing with the most pass breakups on the team in both years.
As a member of the Eagles, Brown helped the team to a 23-18 record over his four years, including a runner-up finish in the Commonwealth Coast Conference in 2022, which earned Husson a home bowl game that year.
