BANGOR, Maine – The Husson University softball team has picked up a commitment from Olivia Johnston to its 2025 recruiting class.
Johnston comes to Husson from Hermon High School, where she played varsity softball for the Hawks.
As a member of Hermon, Johnston earned Penobscot Valley Conference Spring All-Academic honors and her softball team maintained the highest team GPA at Hermon.
"I chose Husson because of the amazing community, competitive athletics, beautiful campus and the fact I was able to continue my career in softball with some of the best girls," said Johnston.
While at Husson, Johnston plans to study nursing.
