Early in the second half, Farmington was able to cut the deficit to four but the Eagles were able to regain a double-digit lead courtesy of an 8-0 scoring outburst, which was highlighted by a thunderous fast break dunk from sophomore Tope Alao and a big three-pointer from Lewis, to take a 44-32 midway through the final period.
Husson would get the lead up to as much as 19 in the final 20 minutes, as the Beavers never cut the lead below double-figures.
Senior guard Riles Neff's 13-point second half helped propel the Eagles to victory, while also tallying seven rebounds and four steals.
