NORTHFIELD, Vt. — The Husson University men's swimming & diving team lost to Norwich University 162-115 on the road Saturday.
Husson's 200-yard medley relay team of junior's
Alex Walsh,
Ryan Emerson, Brady and
Brayden Champlin finished fourth in the event with a time of 1:43.60.
Emerson hit the wall in 26.04 in the 50-yard backstroke to finish fourth.
Hand posted a top-five finish in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 56.25, while Champlin finished fourth in the 50-yard freestyle with a mark of 23.02.
Senior
Matt Steeves finished with a score of 179.77 to finish third in the one-meter, five-dive event.
Champlin earned another top-five finish in the 100-yard freestyle, posting a time of 50.74
Junior
Sam Peiser finished fourth in the 50-yard butterfly with a mark of 25.03 and Steeves scored a 140.63 to finish second in the one-meter, six-dive event.
Hand swam to a fourth-place performance in the 100-yard IM, clocking a time of 58.00
The Eagles concluded the meet with a second-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:30.75 as Peiser, Champlin, Walsh and Emerson combined.
