The Eagles opened the meet on a high note, capturing the 200-yard medley relay as freshman Ian Aldrich, junior Jake Perkins, Swett and freshman Mac Morris combined for a winning time of 1:47.58, edging Norwich's top relay by just over a second.

Swett recorded a runner-up finish in the 100-yard individual medley, posting a time of 1:01.94. Freshman Spencer Parker added a fourth-place finish in 1:11.79.

Norwich claimed the lone men's diving event as Kaleb Fulker earned first place in the 1-meter competition with a score of 116.05.

Husson returned to the top of the podium in the 100-yard butterfly as Swett captured first place in 59.20 seconds, finishing more than eight seconds ahead of Norwich's Kyle Stoddard, who placed second in 1:07.44.

Perkins added another individual victory for the Eagles in the 100-yard freestyle, touching the wall in 52.41 seconds. Prince followed in second place with a time of 54.76, giving Husson another sweep of the top two positions.

Aldrich continued Husson's strong showing with a victory in the 100-yard backstroke, posting a time of 58.74 seconds. Morris finished second in 1:06.40, helping the Eagles secure valuable points in the tightly contested meet.

In the 500-yard freestyle, Dickson led Husson with a runner-up finish in 5:45.03, while Upton placed third in 5:46.75. Norwich's Alex Sulyma captured the event in 5:29.47.

Perkins collected his second individual victory of the evening in the 100-yard breaststroke, touching the wall in 1:09.70. Parker followed in second place with a time of 1:17.02, giving Husson its fourth sweep of the top two positions in a swimming event.

With the meet coming down to the final relay, Norwich secured the victory in the 200-yard freestyle relay, finishing first in 1:34.01. Husson's quartet of Aldrich, Prince, Dickson and Upton finished second in 1:36.71, but the Eagles were unable to overcome the Cadets in the final team standings.

Despite the narrow setback, Husson posted six swimming victories, including five individual wins and the 200-yard medley relay.

Perkins led the Eagles with victories in both the 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke, while Swett, Upton and Aldrich each added an individual first-place finish.
