Box Score BANGOR, Maine – The Husson University women's soccer team competed versus a NESCAC school for the second straight game as the Bobcats of Bates College came to Boucher Field, and picked up a 6-0 victory on a cloudy Sunday afternoon.
The Bobcats (1-1-1) control the pace of play from the start as the Eagles (1-3) looked to capitalize via counter attacks as the Eagles was able to get some looks at goal, but were unsuccessful. Bates pounded shot after shot on sophomore goalkeeper
Madison Weigler and the Eagles' defense before finally being rewarded on the stroke of halftime.
Bates added a second goal early into the second half, and they never looked back en route to the 6-0 victory.

Hannah Kenney made her debut on the season as she took over in goal for the final 23 minutes as she made three saves while Weigler made two.
The women's soccer team closes out their homestand on Tuesday when they take on Thomas College for a non-conference fixture set for 4:00 p.m. at Boucher Field.
