WATERVILLE, Maine — The North Atlantic Conference announced its men's basketball preseason coaches' poll on Tuesday and Husson University was picked as the East Division favorite.
Husson finished with 45 points and five out of seven first-place votes while the University of Maine – Presque Isle earned 35 points and the remaining two first-place tallies.
Maine Maritime Academy finished third with 33 points followed by Vermont State University Lyndon with 29, the University of Maine at Farmington with 28, Thomas College 17 and Lesley University concluded the poll with nine points.
