BANGOR, Maine - Husson University women's swimming & diving ream hosted the second annual Husson Relay Meet on Saturday Morning inside Webber Pool. The Eagles completed against the Maine Maritime Academy Mariners, Saint Joseph's College of Maine Monks, and the University of Maine Swim Club.

Erin Madden placed third in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 2:05.54, while the group of freshman

Maggie Poulin and sophomore Christensen hit the wall in 2:23.18 which was good enough for a second place finish in the 200-yard butterfly relay.
The group of Barone, Thomas, Poulin and Howe placed third in the 200-yard freestyle relay with a mark of 1:58.90. The Eagles second entry in the 200-yard freestyle relay event of junior
Isabella Viles, Christensen, Smith and Jordan finished fifth with a time of 2:07.33.
Sophomore
Shelby Peterson won the five-dive one-meter optionals with 143.10 points and the six-dive round with a total of 173.10 points. Freshman
Riley Mahoney placed second in the five-dive one-meter optionals with 118.30 points and the six-dive round with a total of 165.95 points. Freshman
Lily Butler finished third in the six-dive round with a total of 122.75 points.
The relay team of Howe, Barone, Soutter and Jordan won the 200-yard backstroke relay with a time of 2:08.21, while Poulin, Thomas, Smith and Christensen finished fourth with a time of 2:31.31.
Emery, Madden, Payson and Barone won the 200-yard breaststroke relay with a time of 2:26.14. Payson, Emery and Madden followed up that performance by winning the 4x100 individual medley relay with Soutter. The foursome clocked in with a time of 4:44.05.
The Eagles ended the second annual Husson Relay Meet by taking a second and fourth place in the mixed 400-yard freestyle relay. The team of graduate student Steven Johnston, Jordan, freshman Alex Walsh and Thomas finished second (3:52.35) while the group of sophomore Hunter Jackson, freshman Jacob Brown, Poulin and Smith had the fourth best time of the event with a 4:09.17.
Husson returns to the pool on Saturday, Novermber 5th when they travel to Castine, Maine to face the Mariners of Maine Maritime Academy. The meet starts at 12 p.m.
