STANDISH, Maine - The Husson University women's volleyball team fell in four sets to the Monks of Saint Joseph's College at the Harold Alfond Center on Wednesday night to close out the regular season. The Monks won the first two sets 25-21 and 25-23, while the Eagles won the third set 25-23, then Monks won the match in the fourth set, 25-19. With the win, the Monks improve to 9-19 while the Eagles fall to 7-15. 

Husson University Leaders 

• Sophia Pagliarini led the Eagles offensively with 13 kills. 

• Cheyenne Young chipped in 12 kills. 

• Alyvia McIntyre dished out 41 assists and 16 digs. 

• Adrienne Beatty had 19 digs. 

Saint Joseph's College of Maine Leaders

• Hannah Bureau with 14 kills and four digs. 

• Sarah Quinn with 14 digs and 13 kills. 

• Hanna Holden with 22 assists. 

• Amanda Darby with 14 assists. 

It is on to the playoffs for the Eagles as they will set their sights on the North Atlantic Conference championship. Saturday, October 30th, the Eagles will take on Northern Vermont-Johnson in the NAC East Semifinals at the campus of Maine Maritime with the match starting at 3 p.m.
