Men's Swimming and Diving Compete in Dual Meet

BANGOR, Maine — The Husson University men's swimming and diving team competed against The University of New England and Saint Joseph's (Maine) on Saturday at the Webber Pool inside Newman Gymnasium.

The Rundown:

The relay team of Logan Testerman, Grant Gerber, Evan Vidas and Ben Vulpine finished first with a time of 1:55.72
Adam Colter finished third in the 200 yard freestyle with a final time of 2:18.98
Logan Testerman and Alex Miles finished in the 100 yard backstroke
Grant Gerber finished first in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:06.86
Colin Vidas and Ben Volpone placed in the top four for the 50 yard freestyle.
Gerber finished first in the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 2:36.26
Evan and Colin Vidas finished in the top six in the 50 yard butterfly.
Josh DeNicola finished fourth with a time of 1:29.71 in the 100 yard IM.
The Eagles fell to University of New England 101-94, but clinched the win against Saint Joseph's (Maine) 114-51.
