Standish, ME - The Husson men's swimming and diving team dropped a 119-71 decision to St. Joseph's on Saturday afternoon.
Grant Gerber (Portland, ME) had a strong day for the Eagles, starting off by winning the 50 yard breaststroke in 30.46 seconds. He went on to win the 100 free in 52.63.
Also for the Eagles, James Nealey (Northport, ME) swam a 23.93 to win the 50 free. Kai Pelchen (Munster, Germany) took second in the 500 yard freestyle with a time of 7:25.20.
Husson will next compete in the NEISDA Championships at the University of Rhode Island in Kingston from February 13 through 15.
