Box Score BRUNSWICK, ME – The Husson University men's soccer team fell to Bowdoin by the score of 4-0 on Wednesday afternoon at Pickard Field. The Eagles fall to 6-4-0 on the year while the Polar Bears improve to 4-3-0.
Bowdoin's Sam Ward scored the first goal in the 26th minute off a Connor Keefe assist before Ben Citrin gave Bowdoin a 2-0 lead just before halftime.
Citrin assisted on Eric Goitia's tally in the 54th minute and Colton Hall's goal in the 61st minute as well.
Brian Potter (Waterville, ME) and Steven Paquette (Ferrisburgh, VT) combined to make 12 saves while Bowdoin's Stevie Van Sicien and Ian McNamara made a pair of saves.
Husson returns to the field on Saturday when the Eagles host Maine Maritime at 7:30 p.m.
