Box Score The Lady Eagles won their second consecutive conference game Saturday afternoon against the visiting Badgers of Johnson State, 96-48. Senior guard, Bethany Sevey went 7-12 from behind the three point arc to lead the team with 38 points. The win improves Husson's overall record to 4-9, and 2-0 in the North Atlantic Conference.
Point leaders along with Sevey were Brianna Hanscom, with 18 points, and Marissa Albert who chipped in 11 of her own. Junior guard Amanda Gifford led the Eagles with eight assists and seven steals, while freshman forward Stephanie Comstock pulled down a game high 12 rebounds. Andrea Deuell led the Badgers with 17 points in the losing effort.
The Eagles will travel to Waterville this upcoming Tuesday January 18th, when they take on conference opponent Thomas College.
