hockey team to a 2-1 non-conference win over Husson University this
afternoon at Prescott Field.
St. Pierre punched in a pass by Hattie Agnew (Guilford, ME) for
the game-winner. The duo also combined for the game-tying score at
51:57 as St. Pierre deflected a long bid by Agnew to make it 1-1.

ball in. Woodbury's score highlighted a Husson-controlled half (7-2
shots).

shots, seven penalty corners) culminating in St. Pierre's tying
marker. The Eagles responded with four penalty corners and a pair
of Jenika Kelley (Livermore Falls, ME) shots over the next 3:30,
but Farmington keeper Sarah Brown (Windham, ME) recorded two saves
to help the game into overtime.
Agnew and Ashley Wentworth (North Berwick, ME) were each
stopped by Husson netminder Kristen Capen (Leeds, ME) to open the
extra period before St. Pierre came through with her team-leading
seventh goal to lift the Beavers to a 2-1 win.
Brown recorded six saves for Farmington. Capen registered
five saves for the Eagles.
The Eagles are scheduled to host Thomas College in North
Atlantic Conference action Saturday at 1 p.m.
