Medley most recently served as the principal and lead consultant for Gladjean Consulting in Bangor, where she worked with athletic departments, coaches and teams across multiple NCAA levels to improve leadership, communication and competitive success. During her time with the Black Bears, her teams produced an America East Player of the Year, multiple all-conference selections and dozens of academic honor roll recipients.
Prior to her time in Orono, Medley was the head coach at Cornell University from 1994 to 1998, leading the program to a first-place regular season conference finish and a 20-win season while producing numerous all-league and academic award winners. Earlier in her career, she also served as an assistant coach at Kansas State University and as the head volleyball coach at Saint Mary's College in Indiana.
