Allison Kondracki '22

Allison Kondracki joined the Husson University women's track & field team prior to the 2022-23 season, working primarily with the sprinters and jumpers. 

In addition to her women's track & field duties, Kondracki also serves as an assistant coach for the Husson men's track & field program and assistant strength & conditioning coach. 
 

CAREER AT A GLANCE:

  • Kondracki has been part of one North Atlantic Conference Championship in 2023.
  • Has worked with multiple North Atlantic Conference All-Conference selections - Payton Goodwin (2023), 4x400-meter Relay Team (2023), Miranda Dunton (2024), Nina Gregory (2024, 2025), Molly Dearborn (2025), 4x100-meter Relay Team (2025) and Natasha Monreal (2025).

COACHING TIMELINE:
  • 2022-Present: Husson University (Assistant Coach - Sprints & Jumps)

ATHLETIC CAREER:
  • Kondracki was a five-year member of the Husson women's track & field program from 2017-22 and ran cross country for one season in 2021.
  • During her time with the Husson women's track & field program,Kondracki helped the Eagles capture two North Atlantic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 2018 and 2021.
  • Named North Atlantic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Rookie of the Year in 2018.
  • She earned All-North Atlantic Conference Outdoor accolades eight times.
  • Selected to the North Atlantic Conference All-Sportsmanship in 2022.
  • Off the track, Kondracki earned a spot on the 2022 Winter/Spring North Atlantic Conference All-Academic Team. 

PERSONAL:
  • Native of Mashpee, Mass. (Mashpee High School).
  • Earned a bachelor's of science in exercise science with a minor in psychology and behavioral science from Husson University in 2022.
  • Kondracki is a certified ACE personal trainer.
