Kent Clark was named head coach of the Husson women's golf program in May 2023 after serving as an assistant coach for the 2022-23 season. He also serves as the head coach of the Husson men's golf program.
Prior to Husson, Clark was a two-time NAIA All-American National Scholar Athlete at Willamette University where he was also a three-time NAIA Pacific Northwest District Champion and a four-time NAIA Pacific Northwest All-Conference selection.
Additionally, Clark held the course record (63) at SpringHill Country Club for 30 years and was a former OGA junior golf champion.
Clark graduated from Willamette with a bachelor's of science in religious studies before attending Oregon Health and Science University where he earned his doctorate in medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at Northshore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York.
Following Northshore, Clark spent from 2001-22 at Waldo County General Hospital where he held numerous positions and titles including emergency medicine physician and chief medical officer.
