Mitchell Moczygemba

Mitch Moczygemba

Mitch Moczygemba was named the head coach of the Husson men's and women's track & field programs in July of 2025. 

In addition to his track & field duties, Moczygemba also serves as the head coach for the Husson men's and women's cross country programs.  Additionally, Moczygemba serves as the director of strength and conditioning at Husson.

Moczygemba joined the cross country and track & field coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2021 and helped the women's cross country and track & field teams to North Atlantic Conference Championships in 2022 and 2023.

Prior to Husson, Moczygemba worked as a graduate assistant coach for throws at Hardin-Simmons University and was a two-year member of the Nova Southeastern University track & field program from 2019-2020, earning 2019-20 Nova Southeastern University Male Scholar Athlete of the Year and Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team twice. 

A native of Medford, Oregon, Moczygemba attended St. Mary's High School and earned his Bachelor's of Science in business administration sport and recreation from Nova Southeastern in 2020 and his Master's of Business Admininstration from Hardin-Simmons in 2021.
