BANGOR, Maine – The Husson University women's tennis team has announced the commitment of Grace Hansen to its 2026 recruiting class.
Hansen comes to Husson from Windham High School in Windham, Maine, where she was a first team doubles player for the Eagles.
"Grace brings enthusiasm, positivity, and composure to every match and practice," said Windham High School Girls Tennis Coach Katy Dresnok. "With beautiful strokes, deep topspin, and strong communication as a doubles partner, she is a steady, confident player who performs exceptionally well under pressure."
During the 2026 season, Hansen finished the season with a record of 9-3 as a first team doubles player, while graduating with a 4.0 GPA and a top-10 student from Windham.
"I chose Husson because it has the most affordable and respectable 3+3 DPT program in New England," said Hansen.
While at Husson, Hansen plans to study exercise science/doctor of physical therapy.
