LATHAM. N.Y. - The Husson University women's tennis team's season has come to a close as the North Atlantic Conference champions fell to the Seahawks of St. Mary's College on Sunday afternoon at Tri-City Tennis Center by the final score of, 5-0. The Seahawks claimed an automatic qualfier to the NCAA Division III tournament after their victory in the United East/NAC crossover victory. 

Seniors Hannah Malinen and Natalie Tilton lost the #1 doubles match, 8-3. Senior Nicci Munroe and sophomore Molly Chicoine lost in the second doubles match, and senior Julia O'Leary and freshman Lexi Thompson were defeated in the third pairing. Tilton and O'Leary recorded the deciding singles match scores in the 5-0 decision.
